When you suffer from diarrhoea, you are required to move your bowels frequently. The bowel movements in this case are watery, loose and mushy. Diarrhoea happens when there is a major shift in food habits and when you are on certain medications. Make sure you wash your hands before using them to eat food.
Diarrhoea also happens due to infection in intestines or other parts of the body. An infection in the body might trigger diarrhoea, fever, illness and may make you feel like vomiting. Diarrhoea can also happen due to mental stress. Sensitive bowels, a problem that is common and medically known as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). IBS is associated with stomach pain.
Diarrhoea and constipation are common problems that can affect everyone. There is nothing to panic. But if the problem persists, you should see the doctor. Children also suffer from irregular bowel movements often, parents should see that the kids keep their hands clean, maintain hygiene and go to the doctor when suffering from diarrhoea or constipation.
